Terms & Conditions
It is the customer's responsibility to measure up and ensure the bed size they order will fit into their property and their room. We do not offer refunds or exchanges as we make all our beds to order and prepay for the materials to be customised for each customer.
For any headboard height, whether it's the 54" standard or any extra height, the customer is required to measure whether the headboard will fit through their property's hallways, staircases, and door frames. All customers have properties with varying types of ceilings, stairs, hallways, and door frames. We are unable to guarantee that what you order will fit as we do not know the layout of your property. Furthermore, we cannot ascertain from videos or images sent by customers if a certain headboard height will fit. Please do not be offended if we ask you to measure up, or if we refuse to confirm what will fit.
If a bed is faulty or damaged upon delivery, we will rectify the issue or replace the item. However, if the customer is dissatisfied with their order due to personal preferences regarding appearance or materials, no refund or exchange is possible. We manufacture everything to match the provided images and according to the chosen colour and fabric specifications. All our beds undergo quality control checks before packing and dispatching to ensure the highest quality is delivered. All faults or damaged need to be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving the bed.
